Votre adresse e-mail, votre nom si vous en donnez un, et les fichiers que vous importez avec les métadonnées que Pikasso en tire. Sign-in uses one-time codes, so we never hold a password.
Où cela se trouve
Files, database and application all run in the European Union — object storage in Cloudflare R2, database and compute in Ireland. Storage buckets are private: nothing is reachable by URL without a signed, expiring link or an explicitly published portal.
AI processing
To generate tags and descriptions, a downscaled copy of an image is sent to Anthropic. Their processing is not restricted to the European Union, so this is the one point at which a copy may leave it — and it happens only for images you choose to have tagged. Originals are never sent, and the content is not used to train models.
Google Drive
Si vous connectez Drive, Pikasso copie vos médias dans un dossier qu’il crée et conserve un jeton de rafraîchissement chiffré. La synchronisation est à sens unique : rien n’est relu depuis votre Drive.
Deletion
Deleted assets sit in a trash for 30 days, then are removed permanently — including their copies in Drive. Deleting a workspace deletes everything in it. Backup copies follow: a file is held for a further 30 days in case a deletion was a mistake, and is gone everywhere within 60 days of the moment you deleted it.
